Inside Sales Rep

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and sales support
Generate quotes, process sales orders, and manage order lifecycle from entry to shipment
Partner with outside sales, engineering, and operations to meet customer requirements
Communicate lead times, pricing, and technical details clearly and professionally
Proactively follow up on quotes and customer requests
Maintain accurate customer and order data within ERP/CRM systems
Assist with issue resolution related to orders, deliveries, or specifications
Qualification
Required
2+ years of inside sales or customer-facing experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, team-based environment
Comfortable working with ERP systems and standard office software
Preferred
Oil & gas industry exposure or valve product experience is highly preferred
