Inbound Sales Development Representative
Allied Public Adjusters is committed to ensuring fair insurance settlements for policyholders. They are seeking an Inbound Sales Development Representative to efficiently respond to inbound leads, qualify them, and connect potential clients with the appropriate sales teams.

Responsibilities
Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads across phone, email, and online channels
Ask smart questions to qualify leads and understand where they belong in our process
Organize and set up deals inside HubSpot, ensuring our sales teams have everything they need
Route qualified leads to Account Executives or Client Success Specialists
Direct unqualified leads to trusted partners in our referral network
Maintain accurate and complete records of all interactions and data in HubSpot
Assist with initial claims correspondence and administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
Solid writing abilities for clear, accurate correspondence
Skilled in navigating common objections with clarity and composure
Demonstrated ability to guide potential customers through typical hesitations or uncertainties
A desire to learn, grow, and contribute in a mission-driven organization
Preferred
Experience in sales or client-facing roles (a plus, but not required)
HubSpot experience is a plus
