Oversee comprehensive financial reporting across 70 diverse hotel properties
Drive financial performance analysis through detailed budget comparisons and variance analysis
Coordinate and supervise month-end close processes with precision and efficiency
Interface directly with senior management to review performance and strategic objectives
Champion financial policies and procedures while identifying improvement opportunities
Lead budget preparation initiatives across our diverse hotel portfolio
Identify and communicate business issues with accounting and tax implications
Ensure exceptional financial results through rigorous oversight and analysis
Support special projects that drive company growth and innovation
Apply deep hospitality industry knowledge to optimize financial operations
