Responsibilities
Design intuitive, user-centered experiences for complex enterprise applications
Envision and deliver end-to-end UX across multiple platforms and projects
Balance user experience, technical feasibility, security, and business needs
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Own UX standards, ensure quality, and deliver artifacts on time
Bring consistency and cohesion across designs from different project tracks
Qualification
Required
10+ years of hands-on UI/UX experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
Strong expertise in Usability Engineering, Interaction Design & Visual Design
Figma expertise is a must
Excellent communication skills and a strong team mindset
Ability to manage multiple UX initiatives simultaneously
Preferred
Experience with UX during platform implementations is a big plus
Usability Analyst Certification
Exposure to HTML/CSS, Photoshop, and other prototyping tools
Broad understanding of information systems, SDLC, and emerging technologies
