Responsibilities

Lead Data Analysis activities to transform raw data into actionable business insights

Drive Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) to optimize and modernize enterprise workflows

Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines using Google Cloud Platform services (BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow)

Translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa

Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting needs, and analytics strategies

Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance with federal standards

Support dashboards, reporting, and advanced analytics for decision-making

Provide functional documentation, process maps, and technical specifications
