Content / Media Manager

The Content / Media Manager will be responsible for executing the content and media strategy, managing the full content lifecycle, and ensuring consistent messaging and brand presence across multiple channels.

Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Develop and execute content and media strategies aligned with brand positioning and business objectives
Own the content calendar across channels including social, web, email, paid media, and partnerships
Ensure consistent tone of voice, messaging, and visual identity across all content
Manage the creation of written, visual, and video content including social posts, campaigns, landing pages, brand assets, and promotional materials
Coordinate with designers, videographers, editors, influencers, and external partners to deliver high-quality content at scale
Oversee content workflows, deadlines, and quality control
Manage organic and paid media distribution in collaboration with performance and CRM teams
Optimise content based on engagement metrics, performance data, and audience insights
Identify trends, formats, and platforms that drive reach, engagement, and brand growth
Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Paid Performance, Affiliates, and Product teams to support campaigns and launches
Align content initiatives with promotional calendars, product updates, and commercial goals
Support affiliate and talent teams with content assets and media guidelines
Ensure all content complies with gaming regulations, platform policies, and brand guidelines
Maintain content standards that protect brand reputation and integrity
Stay informed on industry trends, media formats, and emerging platforms

Required

Minimum 2+ years' experience in Content, Media, or Brand Management, ideally within iGaming, gaming, or digital-first industries
Strong understanding of content performance metrics and audience engagement
Experience managing multiple content formats and channels
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Highly organised with strong project management skills

Preferred

Experience with Casino, Crypto Casino, and/or Sports betting is a strong plus
