Responsibilities

Overseeing 401(k) investment implementation
Defining and executing operational and communication strategies
Ensuring compliance with IRS, DOL, and ERISA requirements
Serving as a trusted retirement plan SME
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and cross-functional partners
Managing multiple deliverables against tight project timelines

Qualification

Required

10+ years of experience in U.S. retirement plan administration
Deep expertise in 401(k) investment operations and compliance
Experience overseeing ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulatory requirements
Proven ability to lead change management initiatives
Strong experience managing retirement plan communications
Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables and execute independently
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills
Clear, professional stakeholder communication

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree
CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist)
CRSP
Financial services or banking industry experience
