Responsibilities

Leading discovery phases, facilitating workshops, and configuring workflows and agents directly within the Kizen platform

Translating ambiguous business needs into structured process maps and lightweight prototypes that prove the platform's value early

Moving beyond milestones to focus on real-world metrics—speed to value, cost reduction, and platform adoption

Producing high-fidelity artifacts (BRDs, process maps) and contributing to reusable playbooks that scale our delivery excellence

Required

4–6+ years of experience in discovery, implementation, process engineering, or technical consulting roles

Exceptional ability to lead structured stakeholder discussions and manage client expectations with executive presence

Familiarity with low-code platforms, SaaS products, or automation tools, and the ability to understand data architectures and integration patterns

Ideal backgrounds include top-tier strategy or management consultancies (MBB, Big 4) or high-growth technology companies
