Responsibilities
The Engineering Aide provides essential support to engineers in various projects by assisting with technical tasks, data collection, and project coordination
This role involves working closely with engineers to ensure smooth operations within the engineering department and facilitate the completion of engineering projects
The Engineering Aide is expected to perform a variety of administrative and technical duties to support engineering teams
Qualification
Required
Associates Degree in a STEM related field, related work experience and/or technical training. Completed coursework towards a related degree may be considered
Basic knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and terminology
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Preferred
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and problem-solving
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time-management skills
