Responsibilities
Serve as lead administrator and SME for the Vendor Management System (Beeline preferred)
Manage system issues, escalations, and vendor coordination
Support testing, deployment, and documentation of system enhancements
Monitor and troubleshoot integration errors and partner with IT for resolution
Assess workflow and process change requests; Recommend improvements and automation opportunities
Create and maintain SOPs, BRDs, integration documents, and process maps
Deliver user training, communications, and onboarding support for operations teams
Prepare mass data imports and perform periodic data quality audits
Build scheduled and ad hoc reports and dashboards; support data governance and reporting automation
Promote self-service reporting adoption and train team members on reporting tools
Qualification
Required
ATS, VMS Analyst, MSP Program Coordinator or Analyst; VMO Manager or Analyst
5+ years in HR Technology, HRIS, or system administration roles
Beeline Subject Matter expert
Beeline or Fieldglass program manager
Administration SME
Workforce Management VMS Vendor Management program Manager
MSP program manager
Service
Strong experience with VMS platforms
Knowledge of system integrations and tools (e.g., Boomi, AWS)
Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Strategic thinker with a process-improvement mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
