Responsibilities
Support the Fossil Brand team on real-world projects that contribute to brand initiatives and seasonal launches
Assist with brand strategy, campaign development, product storytelling, and brand activations
Help coordinate cross-functional efforts with Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, and E-commerce teams
Support competitive research, trend analysis, and consumer insights to inform brand decisions
Assist with presentations, brand decks, and internal communications
Partner with a dedicated mentor for guidance, feedback, and professional development
Participate in workshops, lunch & learns, and panel discussions to build business and brand knowledge
Present a capstone project to Fossil leadership at the end of the program
Bring fresh ideas, creativity, and a strong point of view to collaborative team projects
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, Business, or a related field
At least 18 years old by the start of the program
Excited to work in-person at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote)
Passionate about branding, storytelling, and consumer experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple projects
Curious, creative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred
Interest in fashion, accessories, or lifestyle brands is a plus
