Operate a true 360 desk, partnering closely with buy-side clients across Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, and Private Credit firms
Qualification
Required
2–7+ years' experience in Financial Services recruitment
Comfortable operating in institutional, relationship-led markets
Not a generalist tech recruiter and not payments-focused FinTech
Commercial, self-sufficient, and motivated by quality rather than volume
Preferred
Backgrounds in risk, operations, middle office or buy-side recruitment strongly preferred
