Provide comprehensive primary care services to an adult patient population, focusing on disease prevention, health maintenance, and acute/chronic disease management

Conduct thorough patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans

Collaborate effectively with sub-specialists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless, integrated patient care and appropriate referrals

Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications

Maintain accurate, complete, and timely electronic medical records
