Responsibilities
Lead user-centered design efforts to identify and solve meaningful user problems
Drive design work across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and research through iterative delivery
Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape product direction
Apply Lean UX principles with a focus on learning, iteration, and outcomes over documentation
Contribute across design disciplines, including research, usability evaluation, information architecture, wireframes, and visual design
Advocate for human-centered design practices within cross-functional teams
Stay current on UX/UI best practices, tools, and emerging trends
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or UX Architect
Demonstrated depth in at least one design pillar: user research, interaction design, or visual design
Experience working in Agile and Lean product environments
Experience collaborating directly with stakeholders on complex business or enterprise applications
Proven ability to lead design decisions from research through implementation
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, or InVision
Working knowledge of modern front-end concepts (HTML/CSS, responsive design, design systems)
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
Preferred
Experience designing for healthcare or pharmacy domains
Experience advocating for UX within large organizations
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms or Generative AI
