Lead audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and internal audits
Partner with Production, Sanitation, and R&D teams to ensure consistent quality
Manage corrective actions, documentation, and process improvements
Supervise and develop QA & Sanitation teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Food Science preferred)
10+ years Food Safety/QA leadership in food manufacturing
Champion food safety programs: FSMA, SQF, HACCP, SSOPs, HARPC
Lead audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and internal audits
Partner with Production, Sanitation, and R&D teams to ensure consistent quality
Manage corrective actions, documentation, and process improvements
Supervise and develop QA & Sanitation teams
Preferred
Recall experience strongly preferred
SQF/BRC/HACCP/GMP certifications a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
