Responsibilities
Deliver high quality and efficient account management and services to both internal and external clientele
Directly contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing value to our clients and prospects, and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement
Build relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional client care
Liase with production team, leading the renewal process, ensuring that the best possible solution is delivered to the client
Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage
Develop and improve relationships with the buyer
Act as troubleshoot and efficiency expert
Execute best practice, processes, leveraging existing systems and shared services
Involved in invoicing and finance agreements when necessary
Maintain client and policy data and documents within Epic systems
Coordinate a book of business focused on retention and driving the sale of additional services and lines of coverage
Utilize strategic and various analytical skills when using data to make decisions
Must have strong verbal and written communications skills
Insurance knowledge P&C experience a must
Epic system knowledge a big plus
MS Suite
Qualification
Required
NJ P&C/Producer's license – commercial insurance a must
At least 3+ years client services and/or claims management experience
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Insurance knowledge P&C experience a must
Epic system knowledge a big plus
MS Suite proficiency
Must have NJ P&C license or pursuing one
Preferred
Degree a plus
