Responsibilities

Daily: understand and document software and hardware product functional expectations

Daily: identify bugs and potential problems in software and hardware

Ongoing: plan and perform testing stages

As Needed: create and maintain system testing environments to validate product functionality

As Needed: provide recommendations for continuous improvement

Qualification

Software TestingBug IdentificationSystem Testing EnvironmentsContinuous ImprovementDocumentation

Required

Experience in software quality assurance and testing methodologies

Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)

Ability to document and communicate findings effectively

Experience with bug tracking and test management tools

Knowledge of programming languages and scripting

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience with automated testing tools

Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

Experience in a SaaS environment

Knowledge of public safety technology
