Responsibilities
Provides essential administrative and scheduling support to the Home Care Department to ensure efficient daily operations and high-quality client services
Supports the Community Care Manager in day-to-day operations
Coordinating caregiver schedules
Managing communications
Maintaining accurate records
Serving as a primary point of contact for clients and caregivers
Plays a key role in supporting continuity of care, regulatory compliance, and timely service delivery in a service-oriented environment
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED, required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative assistant, scheduler, or office support role, preferably in a home care setting
Experience managing complex scheduling and coordinating staff coverage
Experience providing front-line customer service to clients, families, and team members
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, scheduling, payroll, billing, and electronic documentation systems; ability to quickly learn new software platforms
Ability to work effectively in a high-demand, service-oriented healthcare or office environment
General understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and team members
