Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment failures of electrical and gasoline golf cars, industrial vehicles, and turf vehicles in the field
Perform product deliveries, retrievals, and set-ups to provide continuity of service and maintenance of accounts
Proactively manage service schedule and communicate changes with customers to maintain peak efficiency and highest possible customer satisfaction
Produce accurate, reliable, and timely information for all necessary work orders, parts orders, delivery reports, timesheets, and other paperwork as required
Communicate sales leads and customer feedback to appropriate parties including the service manager, technical representative, or designated sales professional
Manage and maintain all assigned company equipment to include inventory, tools, assigned company vehicle and/or trailer
Able to train new employees to ensure they are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
Comply with all state and local laws while operating company vehicle
Contribute to a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion, where everyone feels heard and understood, empowered, and valued
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
6 years of mechanical experience
Ability to pass E-Z-GO Platinum Diagnostic Certification
Must possess a valid driver's license
Must comply with TSV Pool, Fleet and DOT policies
Preferred
technical certification/diploma
previous experience servicing golf cars
