Responsibilities
Support attorneys with trial, hearing, and meeting preparation by organizing case materials and evidence
Conduct legal research using Westlaw and other tools to assist with case strategy
Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, contracts, and correspondence
Communicate with clients and witnesses to collect information relevant to active cases
Maintain well-organized and accurate case files
Track deadlines and ensure documents are filed with the court on time
Provide general administrative support to keep the department running smoothly
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and preparing legal documents
Experience with reviewing and managing case-related documents
Skilled in conducting thorough legal research to support case arguments
Knowledge of creating and managing pleadings and motions accurately
Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Familiarity with legal research tools such as Westlaw
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification is preferred
