Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and custom applications

Implement and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using various integration methods (e.g., REST, SOAP, MID Server)

Create and manage forms, workflows, reports, dashboards, and service portals to meet business requirements

Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and performance of ServiceNow solutions

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and provide estimates for development efforts

Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support

Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and industry best practices

Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed solutions and configurations

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related field

5+ years of experience in IT Service Management including ServiceNow Development

Strong understanding of ITIL principles

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build consensus

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred

Experience implementing AI-powered support solutions

ITIL v4 Foundation certification or higher
