Responsibilities

Gain hands-on experience with a broad range of solutions for managing concentrated positions—including OTC derivatives, block trades, 10b5-1 plans, exchange funds, and bespoke trading strategies to unlock liquidity
Play a key role in delivering advice and executing transactions for clients, collaborating closely with team members, bankers, and investors across the U.S
Help organize and eventually lead internal educational sessions to share knowledge and best practices

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree
Series 7 & Series 63
Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Eagerness to learn and apply new knowledge, absorb and digest market intelligence on a daily basis
Strong research skills and ability to tie big picture view of the markets to client solutions
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Highly inquisitive, pro-active and focused
Desire to work with external clients in a relationship building and sales capacity
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Sound judgment and discretion when working with confidential information
