Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and help navigate to relevant department
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
Opens, sorts, and distributes incoming USPS
Types and composes correspondence including memos, letters, minutes, labels, forms, etc
Maintain filing system
Reviews all timecards for all locations
Perform attendance recordkeeping
Bi-weekly mailings
Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed
Performs other administrative duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong computer knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills, such as communication with others via phone or in-person
Written communication methods, typed correspondence, handwritten correspondence
Accurate, consistent, and detail oriented
Strong organizational skills
Must be able to work well independently
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years of general office experience
