Qualification
Required
Experience in Creative Direction and Art Direction
Develop engaging, hands-on projects using a wide range of media (drawing, painting, sculpture, jewelry making, crafts, etc.)
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to inspire creativity and enthusiasm in children of diverse ages
Preferred
Previous experience in an educational or camp setting is a plus
Art or design-related degree preferred
