Responsibilities
Support Finance team initiatives through meaningful project work that contributes directly to business decisions
Assist with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and data reconciliation
Learn how financial insights drive strategy across a global organization
Partner with a dedicated mentor for guidance, feedback, and professional development
Participate in workshops, lunch & learns, and panel discussions focused on finance and business fundamentals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present a capstone project to Fossil leadership at the end of the program
Bring fresh ideas, curiosity, and a strong analytical mindset to team projects
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
At least 18 years old by the start of the program
Available to work in-person at Fossil Group HQ in Richardson, TX (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote)
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Comfortable working with data, numbers, and financial concepts
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Curious, motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred
Experience with financial tools or systems is a plus
