Responsibilities
Direct SOC operations and cybersecurity monitoring across the enterprise
Ensure threat detection, response, and CDM implementation
Lead teams managing EDR, SIEM, SOAR, vulnerability scanning, analytics tuning, and deployment of security technologies
Establish baselines, optimize detections, improve security posture, and ensure data protection throughout the lifecycle
Qualification
Required
US Citizenship required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
10+ years in security operations and penetration testing
5+ years managing/directing SOC functions
Expertise implementing CDM phases and deploying enterprise security tools
Certifications: CISSP-ISSMP, CISSP-ISSAP (mandatory)
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
Preferred
Certified Network Security Engineer (CNSE, preferred)
