Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java and React
Build secure, high-quality production code and participate in code reviews
Develop RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and performance issues
Identify and automate recurring issues to improve system reliability and operational efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to evaluate architectural designs and technology solutions
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automation, and release management
Follow best practices across the SDLC including testing, resiliency, and security
Promote engineering excellence and participate in knowledge sharing and communities of practice
Support an inclusive and collaborative team culture
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on software development experience
Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
Experience building microservices architectures
Solid frontend development experience using React.js
Experience working with Kafka or event-driven architectures
Strong SQL/database skills
Experience with AWS cloud services
Experience with CI/CD, automation, and DevOps practices
Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred
Exposure to emerging technologies and modern engineering practices
Experience designing highly resilient and scalable systems
Cloud-native development experience
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills
