Responsibilities
Create positive, on-brand interactions that strengthen community engagement
Own community interactions from first touch to resolution
Apply brand voice guidelines to determine the best way to respond
Build authentic relationships with customers and followers
Communicate with transparency, empathy, and consistency
Ensure every interaction feels human, intentional, and aligned with our values. Help turn everyday conversations into meaningful brand moments
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
Strong written communication skills with an understanding of tone and voice
Comfort engaging in public-facing digital conversations
Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
Detail-oriented, proactive, and excited to learn
Interest in brand, marketing, communications, or community management
