Research and analyse the law on complex issues and write memoranda for submission to a supervising lawyer
Syntheise legal research and analysis and draft pleadings
Draft and respond to written discovery requests
Take and defend depositions, appear at mediation, and appear in court for motions hearings and trial
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited educational establishment
JD degree from an accredited law school
NH Bar License
At least 4 years of experience in a law firm as a licensed attorney
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Strong research skills
Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
Ability to absorb and retain information quickly
Proven problem-solving abilities
