Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of each incoming advisor practice, including workflows, client service processes, and technology usage, to tailor an efficient onboarding and integration plan
Leverage strong knowledge of advisor-facing operations to troubleshoot issues, recommend platform solutions, and help build role‑specific training content
Partner with subject matter experts across Hightower to identify operational differences and address unique needs of each practice
Collaborate with Integration Leads to refine project plans, ensuring they reflect the service model and structure of each onboarding practice
Track progress using project management tools to ensure milestones, deliverables, and communication are consistently maintained
Measure onboarding and integration effectiveness through KPIs such as advisor platform readiness, technology adoption, and pre‑ vs. post‑integration operational performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years of experience in a client‑facing, operational role within an RIA, preferably as a Client Service Associate or similar advisor-support position
Strong familiarity with financial services technology used by advisors, including CRMs, reporting tools, custodial systems, and other common RIA applications
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
Strong communication skills with a collaborative, service-minded approach to problem-solving
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% as needed
