Qualification
Required
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills to build trust and foster client and partner relationships
Proficiency in assessing financial documents, analyzing credit, and evaluating lending risk
Knowledge of mortgage products, lender guidelines, and market conditions
Experience in sales, marketing, and referral-based business development
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines effectively
Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license in compliance with state and federal regulations
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
Experience with loan origination software and CRM systems
