Tax Manager
LHH is a fast-growing, PE-backed healthcare organization experiencing rapid expansion through new clinic openings and strategic acquisitions. They are seeking a Tax Manager who will lead all tax-related activities across a multi-entity organization and work closely with ownership to build out the tax function and support strategic initiatives during acquisitions and integrations.
Responsibilities
Lead all tax-related activities across a multi-entity, acquisition-driven organization
Manage federal, state, and local tax filings, compliance, and reporting
Support tax strategy during acquisitions, integrations, and new store openings
Partner closely with ownership and the executive team, delivering clear, confident communication and recommendations
Serve as a subject matter expert for tax implications of organizational growth and restructuring
Build scalable processes and prepare to lead at least one direct report in the near future
Qualification
Required
4+ years of tax experience in either public accounting or corporate tax within a multi-entity or healthcare organization
CPA preferred
Demonstrated experience with tax compliance, planning, and multi-state environments
Strong analytical skills with the ability to operate independently
Excellent communication and executive presence—this role works directly with ownership
Desire for growth into a management role as the company continues to scale
