Responsibilities
Provide technical leadership and architectural direction across two agile engineering teams
Own application strategy, lifecycle management, and associated budgets
Lead solution design efforts, ensuring scalable, secure, and high‑quality implementations
Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and delivery plans
Mentor engineers and promote best practices across development, testing, and deployment
Oversee integration of cloud‑native services and modern engineering patterns
Qualification
Required
Proven experience operating at a Director or senior technical leadership level
Strong background in architecture, solution design, and technical strategy
Hands‑on expertise with Java, Python, and React
Deep understanding of Backend for Frontend (BFF) patterns and modern application frameworks
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Fabric
Strong understanding of cloud‑native development, with emphasis on AWS
Experience managing application budgets, vendor relationships, and delivery timelines
Ability to lead and influence multiple teams in a fast‑paced environment
Java Development: 5 years (Required)
Tech Lead: 1 year (Required)
