Responsibilities
Assist in fundamental human resource activities, including recruiting, employee benefits, and employee communications
Gather employee data and prepare spreadsheets and reports
Compile data for Affirmative Action Plans, measuring effectiveness, and plan implementation
Audit records and files related to divisions, payroll, and employee and benefits
Collaborate with the Human Resources team to evaluate tasks and systems for continuous improvement
Network with other interns and participate in a group Capstone Project
Qualification
Required
Entry-level experience
Pursuing a degree in Human Resource Management
Completed sophomore year by May 2026
Able to dedicate 8-10 weeks to the internship
Valid driver's license
Ability to pass a drug test
