Enablement Program & Project Lead
Bee Talent Solutions is focused on providing enablement solutions within the sales domain. They are seeking an Enablement Program & Project Lead to manage a portfolio of projects, liaise with IT and Analytics teams, and lead large-scale events.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Orchestration: Lead a diverse portfolio of enablement projects, managing everything from initial scope and stakeholder alignment to execution and retrospective
Workflow Integration: Use Asana to build out complex project templates that can be replicated across different types of enablement launches
Technical Requirements Gathering: Act as the primary interface with the IT department, translating Enablement’s business needs into clear technical requirements for tool implementations, integrations, or system updates
Systems Advocacy: Ensure Enablement’s tech stack is optimized and that IT is aware of any friction points in the current seller experience
Analytics: Serve as the main point of contact for the Analytics team to ensure GTM Enablement metrics are accurately tracked and reported
Dashboard Stewardship: Manage and maintain existing enablement dashboards; identify when data is lagging or inaccurate and work with Analytics to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Insight Translation: Help the Enablement team interpret data findings to make informed decisions on where to pivot strategy or double down on successful programs
Large-Scale Execution: Lead critical workstreams for high-stakes events like Sales Kickoff (SKO), managing everything from speaker timelines and content deliverables to technical platform logistics
Qualification
Required
Strong communication & collaboration skills
5-7 years of experience with responsibilities listed above
Preferred
Asana and Google Suite experience is a plus
