Responsibilities

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, and kitchen equipment components
Conduct inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems
Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues in a timely and efficient manner
Execute repairs, installations, and replacements of various fixtures and equipment
Assist with the setup and breakdown for special events or office reconfigurations
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services as needed
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Perform carpentry, painting, and general upkeep tasks

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in a relevant trade (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing) is preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve a variety of maintenance issues
Strong knowledge of building systems and relevant tools and equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
Flexible and long hours sometimes required
