Responsibilities
Engage with potential candidates, assess resumes, conduct insightful interviews, orchestrate seamless hiring procedures, with a focus on identifying technical talent in fields such as software development, data analysis, engineering, and IT
Collaborate with marketing teams to showcase technical opportunities across diverse platforms
Deliver unparalleled customer service to all candidates (and customers when needed), fostering robust communication channels with on-site teams to ensure satisfaction and alignment, particularly for technical placements
Drive informed decisions by generating and presenting comprehensive recruiting reports, including analytics on technical hiring trends and metrics, to our esteemed leadership team
Act as the connection between candidates and hiring managers, arranging seamless interview experiences for technical roles that lead to successful placements
Guide new hires, particularly technical talent, through the onboarding process, meticulously managing background checks, skills assessments, and other essential procedures
Maintain detailed organization of candidate and job order files, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, especially for technical recruitment
Uphold adherence to federal and state regulations, ensuring compliance with immigration and sponsorship requirements. Coordinate pre-placement testing when necessary, and demonstrate expertise in managing technical certifications, qualifications, and immigration processes

Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience as a technical recruiter or similar role, with a deep understanding of technical skills, roles, and industry trends
Strong familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms specific to the tech industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with both technical candidates and hiring managers
Ability to assess technical qualifications and match candidates with appropriate roles based on their skills and experience
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple technical requisitions simultaneously
A proactive approach to staying updated on emerging technologies and technical skillsets in demand
Preferred
