HR and Payroll Coordinator
Mountain Ridge Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is a respected Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facility committed to supporting both residents and staff. They are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR/Payroll Coordinator to ensure smooth, accurate, and compliant human resources and payroll operations.

Responsibilities
Process bi‑weekly payroll accurately and on schedule
Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation
Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and required paperwork
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Manage timekeeping systems and verify employee hours
Support benefits administration, including enrollments and changes
Assist with recruitment efforts, and applicant tracking
Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Prepare HR reports and assist with audits as needed
Coordinate employee training, in‑services, and compliance requirements
Support employee relations by promoting a positive and professional workplace
Assist with disciplinary documentation and performance review tracking
Participate in departmental meetings and organizational initiatives
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous HR and payroll experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Experience in healthcare or long‑term care settings
Familiarity with payroll systems and HR software
