Responsibilities
Work with an assigned mentor and professionals across the organization to gain direct and relevant experience in your area of focus
Prepare a project/business plan on a specific subject matter; present work before leadership teams. Specific subject will be determined in collaboration with your mentor
Collaborate cross functionally to support ad hoc projects in your assigned department
Qualification
Required
Junior or Senior student currently enrolled in a related field of study at an accredited educational institution
Basic programming experience in Python and/or SQL
Familiarity with AI and LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini
Understanding of or interest in process automation concepts, including RPA, N8N, or workflow tools
Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and pattern recognition
Demonstrate problem solving mindset with the ability to break down complex tasks into management components
Strong communication and data storytelling skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Must be 18 years of age
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
Demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal supervision; ability to problem solve, learn quickly and confidently shape the direction of a project
