The Regulated Analyst is responsible for assigning inbound orders to AWG using third-party carriers and ensuring timely delivery while managing various logistics and transportation tasks.

Responsibilities

Analyze CPU orders and separate full and partial shipments

Provide special attention to partial orders to align buyer delivery dates, cube, weight, and allowance requirements

Collaborates closely with carriers to determine daily load capacity

Research and track daily load arrivals across all divisions

Communicate delays or issues to procurement departments as needed

Investigate pickup issues and communicate details with vendors, buyers, and carriers

Validate carrier rate accuracy and ensure accurate reporting of deadhead, financial risk, and load profitability

Manage period-end responsibilities, including journal entries, outside storage, warehouse transfers, new business, and traffic losses

Other duties as assigned by management
