Responsibilities
Conduct regular audits of internal processes and recommend control enhancements to reduce risk and ensure adherence to company policies
Review and confirm new vendor setups to ensure compliance with internal policies
Validate sales order data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring alignment between financial records and operational systems
Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget, forecast, and prior year
Assist with preparation of monthly financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plan
Assist in the development of internal CRM tool to further understand sales opportunity pipeline
Develop monthly risks and opportunities process with operational management team
Support improvements to Oracle ERP system for enhanced requirements
Assemble and summarize Oracle data to structure detailed reports on financial status/risk
Provide recommendations for procedural improvements across finance
Drive improvements in USG pricing/proposal process
Partner with operations and engineering on capital appropriations/fixed asset requests
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, CPA a plus
3-5 years of experience in auditing, general accounting, and/or other accounting roles with a multi-national company
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage several tasks concurrently
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred
Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
