Responsibilities
Lead complex, cross-functional technical programs from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment across engineering, product, business, and vendor teams
Own program planning and execution, including scope definition, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
Drive risk identification and mitigation, proactively addressing issues before they impact delivery
Serve as a strong agile advocate, promoting best practices across multiple agile teams
Facilitate quarterly planning, dependency management, and cross-team coordination
Ensure program-level visibility through clear status reporting, forecasts, and metrics
Partner closely with vendors, including selection, onboarding, and ongoing management
Support continuous integration and delivery by removing impediments and enabling collaboration across teams
Ensure quality standards through effective testing, validation, and governance processes
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager leading large, complex technical programs
Strong background in retail or consumer product-focused organizations (companies that deliver physical or digital products to customers)
Proven success delivering enterprise-scale initiatives with multiple teams and stakeholders
Experience working within or alongside PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems and processes
Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Expertise in: Program and project planning (scope, timelines, milestones, resources)
Risk management and mitigation strategies
Resource forecasting and actualization tracking in PM systems
Vendor management and coordination
Hands-on experience with JIRA, Smartsheet, and similar planning/execution tools
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, including facilitating agile ceremonies and removing blockers
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and delivery practices
Preferred
Background as a Software Development Engineer (SDE) or other technical role prior to moving into TPM
Experience supporting multiple agile teams aligned to shared program goals
Prior work in large, matrixed enterprise environments
