Responsibilities
Lead revenue operations strategy across the customer lifecycle to align sales, marketing, and success teams
Own CRM and data infrastructure; manage and optimize tools like Salesforce, CPQ, PowerBI, and related GTM systems
Analyze sales funnels, performance metrics (pipeline velocity, conversion rates), and marketing attribution
Partner with stakeholders to design dashboards, reports, and revenue forecasting models
Drive data accuracy, completeness, and governance with rigorous QA processes
Translate complex data sets into actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional teams
Support sales enablement and continuous process improvement
Identify opportunities to automate workflows and increase productivity across teams
Support UAT and ensure accuracy and consistency of business intelligence deliverables
Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives and projects with measurable revenue impact
Qualification
Required
3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytics role
Advanced data analysis skills using tools like SQL, PowerBI, Python (or R), and Salesforce (CPQ experience a plus)
Strong understanding of data governance, data cleaning, and data quality standards
Proven track record improving operational efficiency, forecasting, and pipeline accuracy
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first company
Highly organized, curious, and collaborative with excellent communication skills
Preferred
Experience in SaaS, fintech, or tech-enabled B2B environments
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science)
