They are seeking a CNC Operator to support the Mill Room by accurately cutting wood to specified patterns and dimensions, ensuring high-quality materials for assembly.

Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling grinding, and milling
Inspect finished components using precision measuring tools like micrometers, calipers, and depth gauges to ensure they match blueprints
Maintain Accurate production logs and report any material discrepancies or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor
Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety guidelines
Follow all company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior experience in CNC in a manufacturing environment
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints
Basic math and measurement skills required
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in repetitive tasks
Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Preferred
Completion of a CNC program from a community college or technical school is preferred
