Mentor and inspire gifted students to finish high school by 8th grade using personalized, accelerated learning pathways
Guide students in developing life skills—resilience, grit, public speaking, focus—in addition to academic achievement
Use AI tools to monitor student progress, customize learning experiences, and adapt instruction
Encourage students to excel in adaptive learning applications and reach ambitious educational milestones
Work alongside a team that is reimagining education for high-performing learners
Qualification
Required
Willing to work in-person in Austin (Georgetown), TX
Proven record of academic excellence (National Merit Scholar, academic Olympiads, prestigious scholarships, dual-enrollment, etc.)
At least 3 years of experience coaching, mentoring, or teaching gifted and talented students or high-achieving youth
Daily use of generative AI tools in educational settings (personalizing lessons, creating assessments, adapting instruction)
Excellent public speaking and communication skills
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
