Responsibilities
Provide customer focused leadership for the safe and effective delivery of service projects ensuring that all contractual obligations are met
Develop and maintain effective customer relationships
Effectively manage all internal stakeholder relationships
Ability to work with third party service providers to ensure project success
Delegation of project-based tasks to team members
Effective communication to internal stakeholders of project progress, risks and timely escalation of project issues
Revenue forecast information preparation
Develop and maintain key project documents, as required
Application of appropriate project governance and the corporate operating framework ensuring compliance across all areas
Review and apply lessons learnt for continuous improvement
Contribution and support to the Project Management function
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years' work experience in related discipline
Previous demonstrable experience of delivering complex service projects
Technical background
Relevant Project Management experience
Knowledge of other functional disciplines related to project delivery
Ability to understand customer's business goals/needs
An understanding of budgeting and resource allocation
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent oral, written and business analytics skills
Excellent decision making and commercial judgment
Strong planning and organising skills
High energy, proven team player
Creative and innovative thinking
Some travel required
Preferred
Prior experience in oilfield or security related services (not essential)
