Sales Administrative Assistant

The Sales Administrative Assistant will support the Sales Department by providing superior customer service and administrative support, particularly during the Harvest Season, while ensuring seamless experiences for customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Confirm travel and hotel reservations for guests
Maintain inventory of hospitality gift items and reorder as needed
Set up daily Personal Protective Equipment, Non‑Disclosure Agreements, refreshments, and gifts for guests
Assist with cleanup following daily tour excursions
Organize Hospitality nominees and participate in the approval process
Provide support to Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), including maintaining market matrix reports, processing CCF instructions, and assisting with A/R‑related matters
Manage the Recall Contact Database and support the Annual Update process
Contribute to modernizing and improving existing administrative processes
Support the Sales Administrative Coordinator with general clerical and departmental tasks
Support Pizza Expo attendance and perform assigned duties
Support National Sales Meeting (NSM) attendance and perform assigned duties
Maintain supply inventory (shirts, hats, hospitality materials, etc.)
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

Actively enrolled in a Hospitality or similar 4‑year college program
Demonstrated attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to follow established procedures
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in basic math and grammar
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Preferred

Bilingual in Spanish
One year experience in a Customer Service-related role
