Responsibilities

Engage with clients in a personalized, professional, and knowledgeable manner, adapting to their unique tastes and preferences
Guide clients through our extensive collection of over 20 authorized watch lines including TAG Heuer, Longines, ORIS, Bremont as well as Pre-owned Inventory from Rolex, Patek, Jaeger LeCoultre, and Cartier. Ensure they find the perfect piece for their special moments
Foster and maintain lasting relationships with your clientele through regular follow-up by phone, email, and personalized offers
Share insights on industry trends and provide feedback on our diverse assortment of merchandise to help us continually evolve our offerings
Serve as the store's expert in your designated area of responsibility and collaborate with other departments to ensure the highest level of sales and client satisfaction
Partner with our repair department, marketing department, or jewelry departments on various projects to enhance the overall customer experience and drive business growth

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn and adapt to new software as needed
Minimum 3-year watch sales experience

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Management or leadership experience
Rolex Certified
