Customer Experience Manager
NextGen is a growing company in the telecom sector, seeking a creative leader for their CRM Marketing Team. The role focuses on enhancing customer experiences through strategic marketing communications and requires collaboration across various teams.
Responsibilities
Act as the critical link between database marketing, IT, and creative agencies to implement journey improvements
Lead the end-to-end prioritization for all non-marketing communications
Own the omnichannel communication experience, providing orchestration recommendations
Lead the strategy for transactional lifecycles across Business Markets, Global Enterprise, and Public Sector segments
Gain significant experience in high-level journey mapping and Martech integration
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
CCXP Certification
Six or more years of relevant work experience
Experience in marketing to end customers and executing Email, SMS, and/or Direct Mail campaigns
AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) experience
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and wire-framing tools
Knowledge of Mobile, Desktop, and Tablet Email Clients, web technologies, and relational databases
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future
Preferred
Master's degree is a plus
Adobe Professional Certifications are strongly desired
Agency experience or Digital Marketing certifications are preferred
