They are seeking an experienced Tax Senior Analyst to join their growing tax department, responsible for tax preparation, compliance, research, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities
Prepare and review federal, state, and local income tax returns, extensions, and quarterly estimates for various entity types
Maintain tax calendars, track deadlines, and ensure adherence to all tax laws and regulations
Conduct research on complex tax issues, analyze tax treatments, and assist with tax planning to minimize liabilities
Assist with tax audits, prepare workpapers, and respond to inquiries from tax authorities like the IRS
Analyze financial statements for book-to-tax adjustments and identify discrepancies
Recommend and implement procedures to enhance workflow and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3+ years of relevant experience in public accounting or corporate tax
Strong understanding of either corporate income tax or indirect taxes
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
CPA license or progress towards it is often preferred
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Strong Excel skills
